Community Support
This pathway is dedicated to supporting families experiencing hardship. We offer a safe space where they can find resources, support, and hope to rebuild their lives. Through acts of kindness, volunteer efforts, and genuine connections, we strive to extend love and support beyond our community, bringing hope and light to those in need. Our mission is to help remove immediate barriers and work together to create sustainable goals and plans for the future.
-
Step 1: One2One
We help women/men to believe and build confidence in themselves and a brighter future. The first step starts from healing within.
We would love to have a phone, online or in person conversation with you to just get to know you and your situation.
-
Step 2: Develop Pathway Plan
We know it is not easy to navigate hard seasons on your own and we would love to walk with you through each phase.
We want to provide you with a community of loving, kind, and understanding women to stand by you. We will work with you to put together a simple plan of local/national resources.
-
Step 3: Core 4 Ongoing Support
Having a supportive team and community can make all the difference. If you would like, we will walk with you as you navigate each area that can seem overwhelming if done alone. With our Core 4 Model we will continue to meet with you online/in person/on phone with hopes you feel supported and encouraged. The topics include Budgeting, Housing, Employment and Community Support.
Client Testimonials
“Thank you again for the support. I really need it so much right now. It's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel but you have given me a little hope back. I look forward to talking with you more and meeting you.”
“I’m going to be honest. Some days are better than others. I’m glad you mentioned the freeze state that can result from high levels of stress. I’ve been battling that as well as fear but working with you has already been a big help. Sometimes it takes someone outside of the problem to look at it and come up with helpful solutions and having someone compassionate to talk to makes a world of difference, and I’ve found both in you.”
“I have a heavy workload at my position here at my place of employment. I do get half days on Fridays so the majority of this will be done tomorrow. I am going to try and get some of it done during my lunch break today. Unfortunately, it has gotten down to the wire and I'm stressed. Thank you again for your support through this and trying to get me the help I need.”
“This is wonderful! Thank you so much for your support of this family. I'm happy to have learned of your organization through C. I will certainly keep you in mind and share your resource with my team. Have a great weekend!”
